All returns and contacts requests must be made down below in the contact submissions form.
The Babe Bar has a 7 day return policy, meaning that there are exactly 7 days from receiving your product to request for a return. If return is requested all products must be in original condition/packaging as well as unused. Proof of purchase will be required. The Babe Bar does not accept returns or refunds on any gel products.
The Babe Bar is not liable for any mistakes made by USPS or any shipping carriers. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Unfortunately, we can't be held liable for any delivery issues that result from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
That being said, we completely understand that mistakes happen! We're more than happy to do our best if a mistake is caught early, to help correct the order before the order ships. However, if your order has already been processed and shipping label has been created we unfortunately unable to make changes, process returns or issue refunds due to address errors made by customer at checkout!
